The contemporary art exhibition ‘Músculo Mental’, on display at VdA’s Lisbon office, is featured in Jornal de Negócios in an interview with its protagonists.

Organised by the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation and curated by Verónica de Mello, the exhibition brings together works by artists João Louro and Dagoberto Rodríguez and is part of the official programme of ARCO’26, reinforcing Lisbon’s position as one of Europe’s leading centres for contemporary art.

‘Músculo Mental’ invites visitors to reflect on the role of thought in a context shaped by the speed of information and the pressure of constant visibility. Through a series of works and installations, visitors are encouraged to slow down, question and reinterpret the meaning of images, knowledge and contemporary experience.

Running until September 2026, the exhibition establishes a dialogue between legal practice and artistic creation, highlighting the critical and reflective dimension they share.
