Project InclusivaMente highlighted in the 2021 Study on the Social Impact of Portuguese Foundations

The Centro Português de Fundações [Portuguese Foundation Center] (CPF) submitted the “2021 Study on the Social Impact of Portuguese Foundations”, which sought to assess the social impact of private foundations. The study is based on a sample of 12 entities.

Developed by the Católica Porto Business School, the study surveyed the following Foundations: Aga Khan, Altice, Bissaya Barreto, CEBI, Cupertino de Miranda, Eugénio de Almeida, Francisco Manuel dos Santos, Gulbenkian, Manuel António da Mota, Montepio, Vasco Vieira de Almeida and Serralves.

The Fundação Vasco Vieira de Almeida was selected for the study as a “Story with Impact”, because of having set up and developed Project InclusivaMente: Direitos Humanos no Envelhecimento e na Saúde Mental [Human Rights in Aging and Mental Health]. The program was implemented in partnership with EAPN Portugaland is designed as atraining and coaching program to promote the rights of the elderly, of dependent and/or disabled persons.
