The Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation and EAPN Portugal promote the InclusivaMente Project with ENTRAJUDA
On 20 and 21 October, a new edition of the 'InclusivaMente Project: Human Rights in Ageing and Mental Health' will take place, promoted by the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation in partnership with the European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN Portugal).
As part of ENTRAJUDA’s IPSS Management Training Programme, the sessions will be led by Paula Guimarães (jurist and social entrepreneur) and Rosário Zincke dos Reis (lawyer), focusing on topics such as the legal framework for gerontological intervention, client rights and the Statute of the Accompanied Adult.
The initiative seeks to encourage more informed practices in working with older people, people with disabilities and those in situations of dependency, while also strengthening the role of formal and informal carers and raising awareness of the rights of people with reduced capacity.
With this project, the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation, EAPN Portugal and ENTRAJUDA reaffirm their joint commitment to promoting the rights of the most vulnerable and to contributing to more effective and inclusive social responses.
