This Wednesday, Bernardo de Sousa Alvim will teach the first training session on ‘Public Procurement’ as part of the IPSS Management Training Programme, promoted by ENTRAJUDA - Apoio a Instituições de Solidariedade Social with the support of the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation.

 

This pioneering session aims to enable participants to identify the most relevant aspects of the Public Procurement Code, especially with regard to the activities of Private Social Solidarity Institutions and non-profit organisations. During the training, the VdA lawyer addresses the actions needed to ensure that organisations comply with the legal requirements associated with public procurement.

 

The programme includes a detailed analysis of the Public Procurement Code, with a focus on Law 96/2015 of 17 August, which regulates the provision and use of electronic public procurement platforms. This session provides participants with the essential tools to align their practices with the legal and operational requirements of the public sector.
