Laura Sarmento and Inês Melo lecture a morning course within the IPSS Management Training Programme, promoted by ENTRAJUDA with the support of the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation, aimed at managers and other staff of social economy organisations, with the objective of presenting in a systematic manner the legislation that frames the activity of Private Social Solidarity Institutions and Non-Profit Entities and its implications.

The lawyers lead the morning session on "Personal Data Protection: Obligations and Risks" in which they introduce the subject of personal data protection, identify the main concepts and the paradigm shift, as well as the main new developments and obligations in this area.
