On 24 May we welcomed eight Secondary School students at VdA, as part of the Braço Direito programme.

The pupils, from various schools, were the "right arm" of seven volunteer team members: Alexandra Justo, Andreia Vidal Tam, Francisca César Machado, José Menano, Maria Inês Reis, Miguel Guerreiro, and Sandra Pedro Serrano.

The "Braço Direito" Programme, promoted by Junior Achievement Portugal (JAP), brings students into contact with business reality, shadowing volunteers in their workplace for a day. The aim is to enlighten students on the work world and guide them in their future career choices.

Fundação Vasco Vieira de Almeida would like to thank all the volunteers who joined in this edition of Braço Direito as well as the team members who very generously made themselves available to talk to the students about their roles in Practice Areas and Management Areas at VdA!
