Training Mornings Sessions | Personal Data Protection: Obligations and Risks
Francisco Sousa Pinto and Laura Sarmento are teaching a morning course as part of the IPSS Management Training Programme, an initiative promoted by ENTRAJUDA with the support of the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation.
This initiative is aimed at managers and other staff of social economy organisations, with the aim of presenting the legislation that governs the activity of Private Institutions of Social Solidarity and Non-Profit Entities and its implications.
VdA's lawyers are teaching a morning session on ‘Personal Data Protection: Obligations and Risks’, in which they present the main concepts and the paradigm shift in the field of personal data, analyse the data processing carried out by ENTRAJUDA and the other institutions, and address the obligations and main impacts in this area.
