Margarida Couto's article in Impulso Positivo

Margarida Couto, partner at VdA, is the author of an article in Impulso Positivo magazine under the title "What legal framework fits social companies?". In the article, the lawyer approaches the newcoming social entrepeneurism, namely commercial innitiatives applying the best management practices to solving social problems through financially self sustainable models. In this scope Margarida Couto refers to the Draft Law on Social Economy which is under discussion at present, underlining its pioneering view when including social companies in the scope of social economy.
