In the context of VdA and the Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation’s ongoing partnership with Junior Achievement Portugal (JAP), on 2 April we welcomed 9 high school students at VdA’s office in Lisbon, as part of the “Braço Direito – A day in your Future” programme promoted by JAP.

14 volunteers from VdA participated in the initiative, which offered these young students the opportunity to have first-hand contact with the professional world, by experiencing the work and environment of a law firm.

The day began with an institutional presentation of VdA, followed by a tour of the office and moments of conversation and exchange between the VdA volunteers and participating students. The afternoon was devoted to a session on “Recruitment in Law Firms”.
