A Workshop on the "Estatuto do Maior Acompanhado em IPSS [Framework for Voluntary Guardianship in Private-Law Social Solidarity Institutions (IPSS)]" was held on February 9th in collaboration with UNITATE – Associação de Desenvolvimento da Economia Social, as part of the InclusivaMente project: Direitos Humanos no Envelhecimento e na Saúde Mental [Human Rights concerning Aging and Mental Health], promoted by Fundação Vasco Vieira de Almeida in partnership with EAPN Portugal.

The workshop was held online and attended by 30 people, including officers of social institutions from all over the country (mainland and islands), notably IPSS managers, technical directors, and technical teams.

Paula Guimarães (Legal Expert) and Rosário Zincke dos Reis (Lawyer) led the workshop, which was also greatly driven by the attendees’ important contributions.The Vasco Vieira de Almeida Foundation and EAPN Portugal organise sessions on the Statute of the Accompanied Minor in partnership with UNITATE
