VdA joins Junior Achievement Portugal's “Braço Direito” initiative

On 2 April, VdA and the Fundação Vasco Vieira de Almeida welcomed seven high school students to their Lisbon office as part of the "Braço Direito" ('Right Arm') programme.
This Junior Achievement Portugal’s (JAP) initiative provides an immersive job shadowing experience and affords students an opportunity to closely observe volunteers in their work within the corporate sector.
This year's students had the chance to play an active role by observing and engaging with the following employees: Patrícia Branco Panta, Fhillipe Vidal, Maria Inês Reis, Beatriz Velez Nunes, Flávio Reis, Sofia Nunes, Maria Arzileiro.
In addition, the Human Resources team conducted a session led by José Menano, Inês Morais Loureiro and Carolina Galrão Ferreira, providing students with the opportunity to receive guidance on recruitment and integration into the labour market after graduation.
The Fundação Vasco Vieira de Almeida would like to thank all volunteers for their committment and enthusiasm in inspiring these young people for their future.
